We don’t offer refunds/exchanges on items that are unwanted or a change of mind - this is for hygiene reasons, due to the nature of our product. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty then we will be able to refund or exchange this for you to avoid disappointment.
Upon on receipt of your order, please check your items carefully and get in touch with us straight away if there is a problem.
In order to start the refund/exchange process in the event of a damaged item you must notify us within7 days. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return address.
Lashes: Each of our lash sets will be slightly different – in a subtle way, just like your own lashes (only better). This isn’t a fault, but part of the unique way that our lashes are made.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card ororiginal method of payment.
If you don’t think you have received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account or statement first. Then contact your credit card company or bank – it may take some time before your refund is officially showing in your account. Please contact us at email@example.com if you don’t think you’ve received your refund.
Your item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
If returning from outside the EU, please don’t use courier services as there will be additional fees. We will need to either refuse delivery or charge these fees back to you, which may exceed the cost of your products. You must ensure that the value on the parcel is listed as “zero” and your clearly write “Returned Goods” on the customs form and parcel itself, as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges. Gasm Cosmetics does not pay returns postage unless an item is wrong or faulty. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
